CBHS Nina Mercoria Dances For Rhino Disharmony - 13 Apr '15

One of Camps Bay High School's pupils, Nina Mercorio, was asked to dance in an event called Rhino Disharmony on 13 April 2015 which is a collaboration between South Africa and China to raise the awareness of the devastation of Rhino poaching.

International diplomats, as well as the international press, attended with other very distinguished guests and the event is being televised internationally. Tian Jiang the renowned pianist and composer as well as Zolani Mahola the lead singer of Freshlyground presented pieces especially created for this initiative.

Nina’s classical piece, choreographed by Susan De Moyencourt, was to represent the youth. Nina was interviewed by the press afterwards.
